This can be done by e-mail, regular mail and / or by telephone. Our employees of the customer contact department will review the complaint and try to resolve the complaint to everyone's satisfaction.

After receiving your complaint, you will receive a confirmation from us. We will answer your complaint within 14 days of receipt, if it needs more time, we will inform you. If you do not appreciate this, you can always contact the mediation department of Stichting Webshop Keurmerk to which we are affiliated. If for any reason the mediation attempt does not lead to a satisfactory solution, there is the possibility to submit your dispute to the Disputes Committee (SGC).
